摘要点击次数:1192 全文下载次数:0 中文摘要: 针对重铬酸钾传统生产技术存在的高污染、高消耗等问题,研究了电催化合成重铬酸钾绿色新技术。实验研究了自制钌/铱/钛氧化物复合阳极的电催化性能,表征了电极表面形貌。结果表明,该阳极在铬酸钾溶液中具有较低的析氧电位和稳定的高催化活性。实验测得不同反应条件下阴极析氢速率,建立了析氢速率和析氢量随阳极液铬酸钾初始浓度、反应温度及反应时间变化的数学模型,指出可用宏观测得的阴极析氢量定量表征重铬酸钾电催化反应进程,讨论了析氢速率和析氢量的影响因素。 英文摘要: To solve the problems such as high pollution and high consumption existing in the traditional production technique of potassium dichromate, a new green technology of electrocatalytic synthesis of potassium dichromate was studied. Cyclic voltammetry has been used to investigate the electro-catalytic performance of anode, and the morphology and structure of anode were characterized by FESEM. The results indicated that the Ru/Ir/Ti oxide composite anode exhibited lower oxygen evolution potential in anolyte, stable and high electrocatalytic activity. The hydrogen evolution rates of cathode at different reaction conditions were experimentally measured in the electrocatalysis synthesis process of potassium dichromate. The mathematical models were established for the dependence of hydrogen evolution rate and hydrogen evolution amount on initial potassium chromate concentration, reaction temperature, and reaction time. It was pointed out that the cathodic hydrogen evolution quantitatively measured may be used to characterize the electrocatalytic reaction process of potassium dichromate, and the influencing factors of hydrogen evolution rate and hydrogen evolution amount were discussed. 查看全文查看/发表评论下载PDF阅读器 -->
