1992-至今，中国科学院化学所副研究员，研究员，博士生导师。曾于1996-1997年、1999-2000年获德国洪堡基金会研究奖学金，在BremenUniversity从事研究工作。
2005年度国家基金委杰出青年基金获得者。Bornin1961,receivedPh.D.in1990fromInstituteofChemistry,ChineseAcademyofSciences(CAS).After2-yearpost-doctoralworkwithProf.Yun’eZengatWuhanUni.,hereturnedtoInstituteofChemistry,CAS,wherein1999hewaspromotedtofullprofessor.HewasgrantedaresearchfellowshipfromtheAlexandervonHumboldtFoundation,andworkedwithProf.W.ThiemannatBremenUni.(1996-1997;1999-2000).

Ø光学识别试剂与标记分析：光学(包括吸光、荧光、发光)探针的分子设计、合成及其对生物物质的标记、荧光显微分析等；
Ø分子光谱、光学探针的基础研究；
Ø生化分析：光学识别试剂在生物、临床医学中的应用,包括研制试剂盒、临床试纸等。
ØDevelopmentofnewspectroscopicprobesandlabelinganalysis;
ØMolecularspectroscopy;
ØBiochemicalanalysis;
