研究方向:   纳米酶新材料的的设计与合成,以铁基纳米材料为核心,模拟含铁天然酶的催化活性中心,开发具有高活性、高稳定性的人工模拟酶;以铁基纳米酶为基础建立了多种抗菌抗感染新策略。
  1. 首次报道了四氧化三铁具有类过氧化物酶催化活性,是一种新型的模拟酶,为纳米酶的发展奠基了基础;
  2. 建立氧化铁纳米酶清除生物膜、预防龋齿以及抑制胞内菌的方法并阐明了相关机制,提出了人工模拟免疫系统防御细菌等病原微生物的概念与方法;
  3. 提出了铁纳米酶抗病毒的新机制,首次发现铁纳米酶具有类脂质氧化酶特性,有效破坏病毒结构;
  4. 揭示了硫化铁纳米酶的抗菌新机制,首次将铁与硫生物学密切结合起来。
