现任中科院植物所植被与环境变化国家重点实验室副主任，中国生态学会理事，中国植物学会植物生态学专业委员会委员。担任Tree-Ring Research和Dendrochronologia的Associate Editor, 《植物生态学报》编委委员。迄今发表SCI刊物论文30余篇，被SCI刊物论文引用400余次。已培养硕士和博士8名，正在指导博士生和硕士生5名。
