刘春明，男，博士，研究员，博士生导师。
1984年和1987年在山东师范学院和中国科学院上海植物生理研究所获学士和硕士学位，1996年于英国JohnInnesCentre/UEA获博士学位，1996-1999年期间在美国OSU从事博士后研究，1999-2005年在荷兰国际植物研究中心担任实验室主任，2006年入选"国家杰出青年基金"和中国科学院"百人计划"，曾任国家973重大研究计划首席科学家。现任中国科学院植物研究所研究员，中国科学院植物分子生理学重点实验室主任，中国细胞学会副理事长，中国细胞学会植物器官发生分会会长。迄今为止已发表论文和专著60余篇，专利3项。PlantCell、PlantPhysiology和PlantJournal等杂志先后5次将其研究工作作为封面故事刊登。主要研究工作：本研究组致力于探索植物种子（胚胎和胚乳）的发育生物学基础，研究合子胚受精激活的分子机理以及小分子多肽在植物干细胞调控过程中的作用。主要学术贡献包括提出了生长素的极性运输控制植物器官原基形成的理论，建立了植物界第一个细胞质分裂的突变体模型，阐明了控制胚乳细胞分裂所必需的一系列基因，发现AMP脱氨酶在受精卵激活过程中的关键作用，证实了控制干细胞分化的CLV3和CLE19基因是以小分子多肽激素形式参与信号传递。主持和参加的科研项目：1．重大研究计划：植物干细胞维持与分化的分子机理研究（2007CB948200）植物干细胞，课题参加人;2007年10月-2012年10月，资助强度：200万/5年2．中国科学院创新工程重要方向新项目（编号，KSCX2-YW-N-085）：水稻胚乳，课题参加人;资助强度：60万3．863计划水稻胚乳发育关键基因0760081D(编号:60751D1004)，课题负责人;90万元4．国家杰出青年科学基金：植物早期胚胎发育及多肽信号转导，2007.1-2010.12；课题负责人：资助强度：200万元；项目批准号：30625018；5．重大研究计划：蛋白质功能的代谢与多肽组学研究，首席科学家;2006年12月-2011.8，资助强度331万/五年；项目批准号：2006CB9106006．中国科学院百人计划择优支持：课题负责人：2006.10-2009.12；资助强度：200万元；7．欧盟第六框架研究计划：developmentofdroughtresistantcerealstosupportefficientwateruseintheMediterraneanarea,项目负责人;2006.1-2008.12.31；资助强度：200，000EURO；项目批准号：015468研究论文（注*为通讯作者）：YanSJ,LiangYT,ZhangJDandLiuCM.2012.Aspergillusflavusgrowninpeptoneasthecarbonsourceexhibitssporedensity-andpeptoneconcentration-dependentaflatoxinbiosynthesis.BMCMicrobiology,12:106[查看详细]
