基于同步辐射的光电子能谱与吸收谱以及超高真空扫描隧道显微镜等技术，开展功能性自组装结构的设计与调控，基于模型催化剂的表界面物理化学性质研究，功能化石墨烯的制备与表征和新颖薄膜材料物性及电子结构的调控等。
