研究领域

1. 利用环境基因组技术研究自然生态系统中微生物的多样性,尤其是土壤微生物生态方面的工作；
2. 利用环境基因组和转录组技术研究生物质厌氧发酵过程中微生物群落的结构、功能和相互作用；
3. 城市有机废弃物无害化、资源化处理技术。






招生信息
1.具有生物科学、微生物学、发酵工程、生态和环境科学、生物信息学及其它相关学科背景的考生；
2.具有一定的计算机和统计学基础，愿意学习基因组数据的处理技术及生物统计学方法；也特别欢迎具有数据库编程经验者加盟。
3.热爱科研事业、勤奋敬业、有团队合作精神，愿意进行野外和实验室工作；
4.具有良好的中英文写作和交流能力。
