微电子学与集成电路技术:
- 面向高能效计算的新架构FPGA;
- FPGA神经网络处理器;
- FPGA综合、映射、布局布线算法与系统;
- 高速数据接口及锁相环芯片设计技术;
- 抗空间单粒子效应的超大规模深亚微米集成电路设计理论与实现;

1983年毕业于复旦大学物理系,获学士学位;
1986年在复旦大学电子工程系获硕士学位;
1988年获英国海外研究生奖学金和剑桥大学Barclays Scholarship,赴剑桥大学工程系与Emmanuel College攻读博士,于1991年获PhD。



















海外工作经历





1991年至2004年间,曾先后在英国剑桥大学、Wolfson Microelectronics 公司、美国LSI Logic公司欧洲研发中心、日本Hitachi Microsystems公司欧洲研发中心、美国Altera公司(现Intel PSG)欧洲研发中心任职,为集成电路设计主任工程师、技术总监。

目前在中科院电子所,从事大规模高可靠FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)芯片与EDA软件系统研发、以及面向人工智能应用的类脑计算FPGA芯片技术研究、高能效计算加速FPGA芯片技术研究;
主持和承担国家科技重大专项、自然科学基金、863、973、总装新品、总装瓶颈技术攻关、装发预研、国防基础科研、中科院重要方向和重大仪器研制、北京市科技研发计划“脑认知与类脑计算”专项等课题。
