个人简介步文博,男,1973年10月生,山东人,博士,研究员,博士生导师,国家重点实验室副主任,入选“上海市优秀学术带头人计划”。2002年于南京工业大学获博士学位,同年进入中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所工作至今,2005年晋升为副研究员,2008年破格晋升为研究员,2009年聘任为博士生导师,2011年起担任高性能陶瓷和超微结构国家重点实验室副主任。兼任:复旦大学(医学院/华山医院)兼职教授,国际学术期刊“American Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging”、“Clinical Medical Image Library”、“International Journal of Medical Nano Research” 、“Recent Patents on Materials Science” 编委。曾先后入选“上海市优秀学术带头人计划”、“上海市青年科技启明星计划及跟踪计划”、“上海市人才发展资金计划”。

近年来,研究方向主要聚焦于生物医用稀土功能材料的结构设计、可控制备及其生物医学应用基础研究。研究方向:1. 稀土上转换发光材料的多模态生物医学成像与肿瘤协同治疗研究;2. 稀土功能材料的光磁学与分子影像学研究;3. 无机纳米材料的生物学效应与生物安全性研究。

近五年内,研究工作主要聚焦于稀土上转换(UCNP)材料体系,围绕稀土功能材料的化学组分-微结构-功能特性之间的内在关系等关键基础科学问题,提出了化学组分调控和微结构功能化设计的学术思路,开展了新型UCNP稀土功能材料的制备科学研究,揭示了基于UCNP影像探针的磁共振影像增强机理,凝炼出无机影像探针“多模态影像协同增强”的设计理念,发现了新型UCNP稀土功能材料的“放疗增敏效应”,构建了基于UCNP放疗增敏的多功能诊疗体系,实现了多模态影像实时监控/介导下的多功能协同增强的肿瘤(乏氧)精准治疗,为解决传统影像探针性能低、化疗药物无法控释和监控、放疗X射线利用率低等医学瓶颈问题提供了新的研究思路。

近年来,在国家自然科学基金委和上海市科委的资助下,作为项目负责人,先后主持承担了包括五项国家自然科学基金(专项、面上、青年)在内的多项国家级科研项目。作为项目骨干,全程参与完成了包括973计划、863计划、国家自然基金重点项目等多项国家级科研项目。

作为第一作者 / 通讯作者,在“Acc. Chem. Res.”、“J. Am. Chem. Soc.”、“Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.”、“Adv. Mater.” 等国际核心SCI学术期刊上发表研究论文40余篇,其中,1 篇研究论文入选“2012年中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”(Biomaterials, 2012, 33, 1079-1089),13 篇研究论文入选 ESI “Highly Cited Papers”,6 篇研究论文被 Nature/SciBX、ChemistryViews、Asian Scientist、ChemistryWorld、Chinese American Society of Nuclear Medicine (CASNM) 等国际著名专业新闻媒体作为研究亮点进行了专题报道和评述。获授权中国发明专利多项。

曾先后入选(荣获):上海市优秀学术带头人计划(2016),上海市青年科技启明星跟踪计划奖(2012年),中国科学院上海分院第三届杰出青年科技创新人才提名奖(2012年),上海市长宁区第七轮专业技术拔尖人才奖(2010年)、第五届柳大纲优秀青年科技奖(2008年)、上海市青年科技启明星计划奖(2007年)、国防科学技术二等奖(2004年)等多项荣誉称号。
