产祝龙 男 博导 武汉植物园
产祝龙,博士,1975年9月生。中国科学院武汉植物园植物水分胁迫生物学首席研究员,博士生导师。2006年6月毕业于中国科学院植物研究所,获植物学博士学位。2006年7月至2011年12月期间,分别在美国密西根州立大学、加州大学和普渡大学做博士后。2011年底以“百人计划”身份到中国科学院武汉植物园工作,2013年4月获择优支持。
在Cell Res、J Pineal Res、Plant Physiol、New Phytol、J Exp Bot、Plant Biotech J等SCI期刊发表论文50余篇。其中影响因子5分以上论文16篇,包括9分以上论文6篇。Google Scholar总引用次数超过1000次,其中单篇引用超过30次的文章有10篇,单篇引用最高为118次。
研究内容主要集中在植物激素的信号调控与植物抗逆的分子机制。成果包括:
(1)解析了植物褪黑素与逆境应答和衰老的关系。首次证实了褪黑素通过调控HSF和CBF途径分别参与植物对高温和低温的应答,同时发现褪黑素通过调控IAA17参与植物的衰老过程。通过转录组学和蛋白质组学,部分解析了褪黑素提高植物抗逆性的调控网络。
(2)阐明了不同ABA受体基因家族在植物抗逆中的功能。发现了PYL13通过与PYL受体和PP2C互作来调控了ABA信号通路。而PYL9通过诱导老叶的衰老、新叶的休眠以及体内水分的重新分配,从而提高植物的抗旱性。同时鉴定了一系列与ABA信号传导因子相互的蛋白并解析了其在ABA信号中的功能。相关文章发表在Cell Res、J Exp Bot等期刊上。
(3)鉴定并解析了植物应答低温的上游作用因子。发现ZAT6直接结合CBF1-3启动子区的TACAAT元件并调控这些基因的表达。发现RDM4通过与Pol II的相互作用调控CBF信号途径。阐明了HAP5A作为转录因子可以直接结合CCAAT元件从而调控下游XTH21基因。相关文章发表在Plant Physiol、New Phytol等期刊上。

研究领域1. 植物激素、小分子物质与植物抗逆性:通过筛选ABA信号通路关键组分的互作蛋白和上游调控因子,解析ABA通路新的组成成分;探讨褪黑激素与植物抗逆的关系并筛选其信号转导的关键作用因子;探讨多胺、一氧化氮、硫化氢等小分子物质参与调控植物抗逆性的机理。
2. 植物对逆境胁迫的应答机制:探讨旱生植物的趋同适应机制;解析植物不同生态型对非生物胁迫抗性的分子机理;挖掘C3、C4植物对温度差异应答的关键基因并构建分子调控网络。探讨非生物胁迫信号传导网络的交叉调控机理;解析不同非生物逆境之间的相互作用机制。
