研究领域
简历丁栋舟,男,博士,中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所高级工程师、学术委员会委员(人工晶体)、硕士生导师,高温闪烁晶体课题组负责人。
长期从事人工晶体与闪烁发光材料的制备、结构、性能及器件应用研究。主持了包括国家自然科学基金、中科院青年人才领域前沿项目、国家工信部稀土产业调整升级专项、上海市引进技术的吸收与创新计划项目、上海市自然科学基金、所创新重点项目等十余项科研任务。作为科研骨干先后参加和完成10余项国家科技部、国家自然基金委、国际科技合作(中国-捷克)、上海市科委科研项目。在Journal of Solid State Chemistry、Journal of Luminescence、physica status solidi b、IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science、Nucl. Instrum. Methodes Phys. Res. A、Optical Materials、Cryst Eng Comm、Applied Physics Letters、Journal of Applied Physics、Chem. Phys. Letters、The Journal of Physical Chemistry A、Journal of Crystal Growth等学术期刊上发表学术论文60余篇。申请中国发明专利13 项(其中已授权9项)。先后7次获上海硅酸盐研究所“优秀个人”称号,2015年课题组获颁“年度发展进步奖”。
研究领域1. 无机闪烁晶体的制备研究;
2. 无机闪烁晶体微结构、组成与性能的关系研究;
3. 基于无机闪烁晶体的探测器及其应用研究;
4. 新型无机闪烁晶体的探索。
高温(熔点)闪烁晶体课题组课题组致力于无机闪烁晶体的学科建设、人才培养以及研发高品质的无机闪烁晶体服务于国家和社会需求。研发成果(如大尺寸、高品质铈掺杂硅酸钇镥晶体,LYSO:Ce)已被制成探测器成功应用于:1)高能物理领域(探测、认知未知世界的新粒子与暗物质);2)核医学成像及安全稽查领域。部分成果展示如下:
