研究领域中国科学院大气物理研究所研究员,博士生导师。长期以来主要从事气候模式发展及气候变化模拟研究工作,是中科院东亚区域气候-环境重点实验室区域气候模式发展团队的主要负责人,同时参与发展地球系统模式BNU-ESM并负责相应CMIP5长期气候变化试验。应用区域模式RIEMS和WRF,以及全球耦合模式进行了各种气候变化模拟试验研究,尤其是近年来在中国城市化及其人为热释放区域气候效应的模拟研究方面,取得了一系列重要研究成果。另外,对气象统计方法和资料计算分析方法有较深入的研究。主持或参加国家自然基金、科技部重大研究计划以及中国科学院知识创新方向项目等多项。在国内外SCI及CSCD期刊上发表科研论文50多篇。

教育与工作经历1990年9月—1995年7月,在北京大学地球物理系大气物理专业学习。
1995年9月—2001年7月,在中科院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所工作。其中1998年9月—2001年7月,读在职研究生,并取得硕士学位。
2001年9月—2005年6月,在中科院大气物理研究所读博士,取得理学博士学位。
2005年6月—现在,在中科院大气物理研究所东亚区域气候-环境重点实验室工作。
2007年10月—2008年1月,在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)进行学术访问。
