研究领域主要从事过渡金属催化的新型有机合成反应的研究工作,包括设计合成一些新型的手性配体及其过渡金属络合物催化剂、过渡金属催化的C-H、C-N等惰性键的选择性活化和成键、以及多组分参与的不对称串联反应的设计和构建等。在此基础上专注于反应机理的研究,从而能够更深入的了解金属催化的反应,获得更多的规律性认识。


招生信息招收有机合成、金属有机化学等方面的博士、硕士研究生。
教育及工作经历2003年毕业于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所,获得有机化学专业博士学位,2004年至2008年在日本名古屋大学从事博士后研究,期间获得JSPS博士后基金支持。2008年4月到中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所从事独立研究工作。2008年入选中科院“百人计划”,2009年获得择优支持。
