工作经历1988年7月至今 历任中国科学院动物研究所实习研究员、助理研究员、副研究员、研究员。现为二级研究员、中国科学院博士研究生导师、中国科学院大学教授。兼任《动物分类学报》主编，亚洲蜘蛛学会秘书长。
奖励2010年获中国科学院“朱李月华优秀教师”奖 2009年获周尧昆虫分类学奖励基金一等奖 1998年获德国科诺尔科技奖(Josef G. Knoll Science Award) 1994年获中国科学院自然科学二等奖
