研究领域主要从事医学影像处理与分析工作，涵盖结构图像与功能图像的处理分析，脑功能神经机制研究，脑认知科学，以及临床疾病机理研究。已发表文章二十余篇。作为主持人承担国家自然科学基金项目两项。

研究方向：医学图像处理与分析、脑网络计算方法与应用、机器学习
