聂广军,博士生导师。2002年于中国科学院生物物理所获博士学位,之后在加拿大McGill大学从事博士后研究。2008年中科院“百人计划”回国,建立了“纳米-生物界面化学”实验室,开展纳米结构和生物体相互作用的界面化学和调控机制等方面的研究。目前工作主要结合化学、纳米和生物技术、生物材料和生物化学等手段,研究纳米和生物界面相互作用的基本化学规律,以及新型纳米结构在生物医学领域的应用。05年来在Blood,JACS, Angew Chem, JBC, Small, Biomaterials, British Journal of Haematology, Antioxidants Redox Signaling等专业期刊发表30余篇文章。获中国科学院“百人计划”海外杰出人才择优支持;主持科技部重大研究计划(973)项目;The Methodist Hospital Research Institute(美国休斯敦)和华东理工大学(中国上海)兼职教授。

研究领域研究领域主要包括肿瘤纳米生物学、纳米生物技术和纳米生物效应与安全性。目前主要从事的研究方向包括:1)纳米药物调控肿瘤微环境、纳米药物输运和膜囊泡系统在纳米材料机体代谢中的作用机制;2)生物分子指导的功能性纳米材料设计、构筑和多层次组装机制以及在生物医学上的应用;3)机体铁代谢的表观遗传学机制和铁代谢相关疾病病生理机制研究。

课题组简介课题组2008年成立,在纳米中心的支持下建立了“纳米-生物界面化学”实验室,主持了多项国家级科研项目,包括科技部重大科学计划纳米专项 2002CB934000、科技部863新材料领域专项 2009AA03Z335、基金委生命科学、化学、医学和数理学部等多项面上和青年项目、中科院百人计划项目以及横向合作项目等。

目前实验室有副研究员一名,助理研究员多名,助理工程师一名,纳米中心在学学生9名,联合培养学生4名,博士后多名,多名访问学者和学生。和美国、澳大利亚和加拿大等多个纳米医学和生命科学的多个著名实验室建立了良好的合作关系。目前实验室有5位中科院特聘访问教授,共同开展学科互补的科研合作。
