工作经历1994年7月—1997年6月:在中科院电子学研究所传感技术联合国家重点实验室(北方基地)工作,95年晋升助理研究员,主要从事金属氧化物半导体气敏传感器及气体探测器研发工作。
1997年7月—1998年3月:在日本横滨国立大学环境科学研究中心工作,任客座研究员,主要从事胶体薄膜光波导化学传感器研究。
2001年4月—2003年11月:在日本国立产业技术综合研究所(AIST)Nanoarchitectonics Center从事光波导分光光谱技术研究工作,任日本科学技术振兴机构(JST)重点研究支援协力员。
2003年12月—2007年3月:在AIST能源技术部门从事纳米多孔光波导传感器技术研究工作,任JST研究员,作为项目主要骨干圆满完成JST重大基金项目“基于光技术,纳米构造与分子识别的相互融合开发环境诊断器件”。
2007年4月—今:在中科院电子学研究所工作,任“百人计划”研究员,博士生导师,传感技术联合国家重点实验室副主任,负责开展光MEMS技术、集成光生化传感器与系统、表界面原位表征方法与仪器、光纤声传感器与声定位等基础应用研究。
