工作经历2002- Senior Librarian, professor，associate director of Department of Resource Development, National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences (NSLC).
-- Led a team to complete library automation system transferring from TransTech company’s TOTALS to Innovative Interfaces’ Millennium system .
-- Developed online cooperative cataloging system, Established and directed Bibliographic Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Implement online cooperative cataloging among more than one hundred libraries in Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).
-- Lead a team to explore comprehensive S&T information service and knowledge service to meet increasing need of researchers in CAS, and developed subject knowledge environment.
-- Be responsible for developing integrated knowledge organization system of Chinese Science Digital Library (CSDL)
-- Take part in Science and Technology Knowledge Organization System in China and be responsible for developing knowledge organization system in basic science areas.

-- Developed union catalog of serials. There are more than five hundred libraries in China to participate in serials union catalog.
