研究领域 从事生物膜的结构与功能及其与细胞功能调控相互关系的研究，在信号跨膜转导研究中的前沿和重要热点—G蛋白偶联信号跨膜转导通路领域的研究已有20年的经历。在G蛋白的调节蛋白RGS参与G蛋白偶联信号通路功能的调节作用及 其分子机制研究方面获得具有特色的研究成果，并结合实际在抑制肿瘤（如乳腺癌、前列腺癌）转移中的作用以及探索药物靶点方面的研究成果受到了国际同行的认可，受到美国国防部和NIH的大力支持。目前的研究方向主要集中在利用各种细胞和小鼠模型，用多种方法从分子、亚细胞、细胞和整体动物相结合的水平研究G-蛋白偶联受体信号转导功能的失调对包括癌症和哮喘等人类疾病的影响及其作用的分子细胞机制和生物学意义。
