国家杰出青年基金获得者、中国科学院“百人计划”入选者

中国科学院南京土壤研究所研究员、学术委员会委员、博士生导师。 长期从事农田碳氮循环对全球气候及环境变化的影响研究,已发表SCI论文70多篇,被SCI他引2200多次,H因子25。目前担任国际氮素研究组织(International Nitrogen Initiative)科学委员会委员、东亚中心主任,Soil Science and Plant Nutrition 编委,美国地球物理学会Technical Committee on Soil Systems and Critical Zone Processes委员,《农业资源与环境学报》副主编等职。
