研究领域◆ 从事功能食品学研究,分离纯化果蔬中活性物质(酚、多糖),鉴定化学结构,评价生物活性,解析构效关系,揭示与果蔬健康功效密切相关的关键物质,开发保健食品产品。
◆ 发掘天然酶基因,开展异戊烯基类黄酮的人工生物合成研究,揭示催化机制。
在Free Radical Biology & Medicine(IF5.7)、Biomacromolecules(IF5.8)、Trends in Food Science and Technology(IF4.7)、Journal of Functional Foods(IF4.5)、Analyst(IF4.1)等杂志发表SCI收录论文140余篇,约60%论文发表在学科影响因子排名前10%的杂志上,h-index达25,被SCI论文引用2300余次。
获广东省自然科学杰出青年基金、中科院卢嘉锡人才奖、中科院青年创新促进会优秀会员基金、中国专利优秀奖、广东省科学技术二等奖、Food Chemistry杂志“顶级评审专家”等荣誉。
担任Republic of Kazakhstan教育科学部科研项目国际评审专家。
担任RSC Advances(IF3.840)副主编,负责处理食品科学学科的稿件。
