刘建军，男，汉族，1973年生于内蒙古。博士，教授，硕士生导师。1993－1997、1997-2000年在内蒙古师范大学习，分别获学士、硕士学位。2000－2003年在西北大学学习，获博士学位，2013-2014年在澳大利亚科廷大学高级访问学习。2005年晋升副教授，2008年开始任硕士生导师。现任校教学专家组成员。2011年获学校“青年骨干教师”称号，2012年获学校品牌课教师。2015年获校首届教学效果卓越奖，2016年晋升教授。发表学术论文30余篇，出版教材3部。参与国家自然科学基金项目1项，主持教育部项目1项，横向项目3项。主持北京市教改项目一项。
