张晓灿，女，博士，副教授， 硕士生导师。
本科毕业于北京化工大学，硕士和博士分别毕业于加拿大圣玛丽大学(Saint Mary’s University)和戴尔豪斯大学(Dalhousie University)。
主要从事微观相结构与材料性能关系的研究，主持过教育部基金、高校引进人才基金、油田项目等。
主要研究方向：
燃料电池用质子交换膜
油田用高分子复合材料
