  金洲,博士,讲师,IEEE、IEICE、CCF会员。2010年于南京大学计算机科学与技术系获学士学位, 2012年和2015年于日本早稻田大学获硕士与博士学位,此后在早稻田大学研究中心从事博士后研究工作。主要从事芯片级超大规模集成电路仿真研究、非线性电路和系统模拟验证技术等,尤其关注大规模非线性电路直流分析技术,机器学习方法及其在集成电路分析优化中的应用等。公开发表学术论文20余篇,目前作为项目负责人承担的课题包括《面向神威高性能计算机的超大规模集成电路低电压设计模拟仿真》《模拟电路直流解析算法研究》等,曾参与完成文部省Global COE卓越大学院项目、日本政府、北九州和福冈地域创新战略项目等多项电路设计与仿真方向科研基金。先后曾获得日本电气学会九州支部长奖、日本帝人久村财团帝人奖学金、早稻田大学IPS特别奖学金、早稻田大学优秀青年博士奖学金等。
