周庆祥,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。曾任黄淮水环境与污染防治省部共建教育部重点实验室副主任,河南省环境污染控制重点实验室副主任。目前主要从事环境样品前处理新技术、痕量POPs、PBDEs检测技术、环境分析化学及环境污染化学方面的研究工作,主要研究内容为纳米材料及离子液体在环境领域的应用研究。重点开发了碳纳米管及二氧化钛纳米管在环境分析领域的应用技术,发展了温度控制及超声辅助离子液体分散液体微萃取技术,建立了多项环境典型污染物的检测新技术平台。主持国家自然科学基金1项、教育部新世纪人才项目1项,国家863项目子课题1项、河南省创新人才基金1项、河南省基础与前沿计划项目3项,河南省重点科技攻关项目1项;作为主要完成人参与完成的科项目有国家863项目、国家自然科学基金项目、河南省重大公益性项目等12项。已在国内外学术期刊发表论文100余篇,其中SCI期刊论文70余篇,获中国分析测试协会科学技术一等奖(CAIA奖)一项,二等奖二项,三等奖一项,河南省科技进步奖二等奖一项。参与编写的《环境样品前处理技术》已由化工出版社出版。获授权国家发明专利一项,实用新型专利一项。
