汉族，安徽庐江县人，工学博士（北京师范大学），教授，博导，中央民族大学高层次优秀人才，国家民委中青年英才。
《环境工程技术学报》、《环境卫生工程》编委。主持了国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上/青年项目、国家公益性行业专项课题和子课题、河北省自然科学基金项目、其他企事业委托课题等20余项；在国内外期刊发表论文70余篇，部分论文入选“ESI”高被引论文。获环保部科技一等奖和二等奖各1项。
