杨桂芳,女,教授,博士生导师,长期从事全球变化与地貌响应研究工作。先后承担国家自然科学基金项目3项(编号:**、**、**)、北京市自然科学基金、地质调查项目子课题2项、中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金优秀教师资助项目、内蒙古巴彦淖尔地质公园专题和同济大学开放基金等项目十余项,负责地貌学和环境演化过程的详细研究。先后参与了国际APN资助项目,国家自然科学基金项目、国土资源部重大项目、“973”项目的专项基金、中国地质调查局项目、横向项目等十余项。长期参与地质过程与矿产资源等国家重点实验室、生物地质与环境地质教育部重点实验室、同济大学海洋地质国家重点实验室的研究工作,多次参与分子地球生物学培训,对该领域有了深入的了解。2009年9月到2010年9月,在美国佐治亚大学访学一年,开展三峡地区有机质运移的分子地球生物学研究。在科学研究和实际工作的基础上,已发表论文80余篇(其中SCI论文近20篇,EI5篇,ISTP多篇。多次参与国内外学术会议,作为大会主题报告和口头报告进行了广泛交流和深入探讨,受到了国内外的广泛关注和一致认可。研究成果在国际地貌学家协会IAGNewsletter上报道,并作为中国科协重点科技推荐成果,为数十家新闻媒体广泛报道。参编了《第四纪地质学与地貌学实习指导书》(2009,第三作者)、《胸怀大气—陶诗言传》(2014,第二作者)、《第四纪花园:地质公园的科普与探趣》(2017,第一作者,出版进程中)和《旅游地学大辞典》(2013,参编作者),国家发明专利2项,为美国地理学家协会会员、中国地质学会青年工作委员会委员、国际砂岩地貌组专家、中国地质学会旅游地学会员;为JournalofQuaternarySciences等十余个国内外学术期刊的审稿专家。
