四川大学经济学学士,美国圣母大学经济学硕士、博士,现任中央财经大学中国人力资本与劳动经济研究中心助理教授职位。主要研究方向为劳动经济学和教育经济学,研究课题包括美国中学课程改革,大学奖学金制度设计以及移民和本国学生学业比较等。参加了中国人力资本年会,Western Economic Association International Annual Conference,China Economist Society North America Conference,NBER Summer Institute,NBER Chinese Economy等学术会议。
