多年来针对环境系统模拟的不确定性和复杂性,对水资源与环境系统进行了模型建立和优化,系统提出并完善了适用于水环境系统模拟、水资源系统复杂性分析与水资源管理的十余种新的优化算法。这些算法主要解决水资源和环境管理系统中的不确定性和复杂性,其中包括参数不确定性和关系不确定性,同时针对优化结果,采用后优化分析法,对水资源系统进行了信息管理和决策支持,将结果应用于水资源管理、洪水风险分析、水质管理、生态目标风险分析等领域,为区域水资源管理和水污染防治决策提供了多种优化方案。应用的流域有甘肃石羊河流域、黄河流域、淮河流域和海河流域。
