1996.9-1999.7: 就读于浙江大学农业经济及管理专业博士生项目，被学校选派到中国农业大学参与中美合办的温洛克高级农经博士项目，获管理学博士学位
1999.9-2004.8: 就读于美国明尼苏达大学应用经济专业，获应用经济学博士学位

2004.9-2006.8: 在美国疾病控制与预防中心任职Prevention Effectiveness研究员
2006.9-2009.11: 在美国疾病控制与预防中心任职经济学家
2009.12-2011.3: 在美国疾病控制与预防中心任职资深经济学家
