1990-1991年,英国Aberdeen大学ROWETTRESEARCHINSTITUTE,博士研究生生
1992-2001年,中国农业大学动物科技学院动物营养与饲料科学系,从事教学与科研工作
2001-2002年,美国NORTHCAROLINASTATEUNIVERSITY,访问教授
2002.3至今,中国农业大学动物科技学院动物营养与饲料科学系,从事教学与科研工作。
主要教学工作
主讲本科生课程《实用家禽营养》、研究生课程《家禽营养专题》和《家禽营养与饲料科技(案例分析)》,参加讲授博士生课程《动物营养科学SEMINAR》。

主要科研情况
现为国家肉鸡产业技术体系肉鸡营养与饲料岗位专家,主持国家自然科学基金项目、北京市自然科学基金重点项目、农业部和教育部等部委和国际合作项目等。近五年主持完成了国家“973”计划课题“畜禽胃肠道结构与功能的发育与调节”、国家自然科学杰出青年基金项目“多不饱和脂肪酸营养对鸡的免疫机能调节作用与机理”、国家“十一五”科技支撑计划课题“禽猪配合饲料工业化生产关键技术集成与产业化示范”、国家农业科技成果转化资金项目“免疫调节剂β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖的制备工艺与产品应用技术中试与示范”。已累计发表科技论文230多篇,其中SCI收录60余篇;获得国家授权发明专利3项;主编《家禽营养》和《动物免疫营养》等专著3部;已培养硕士50余名和博士30余名。
