I,ZhongzhouChen,wasbornin1974.Imajoredinproteincrystallography.
Thestructurejmjd2aisthefirstsolvedstructureofahistonedemethylasewhichhasenzymaticactivity.
Recently,weslovedthestructureofPHF8,jmjd2aandtrimethylatedH3K36,abscisicacidreceptorsandsoon.
IpublishedpapersonCELL,PNAS,JOC,JPCAandsoon.
陈忠周，男，1974年生，教授，博士生导师。入选2007年教育部"新世纪优秀人才支持计划"。
主要是利用X-射线方法研究蛋白质的晶体结构，如所解的jmjd2a结构是世界上第一个具有活性中心的组蛋白去甲基化酶
(Histonedemethylase)家族的结构.我们最近解出其它的组蛋白去甲基化酶和一些植物激素受体结构.
作为第一作者曾经在cell,PNAS,和化学著名的期刊JOC,JPCA等发表多篇高质量论文。
