陈智忠，博士、副教授、研究生导师。在中国农业大学生物学院植物生理学与生物化学国家重点实验室从事植物生理与分子生物学的科研和教学工作，主要研究方向是植物抗逆分子生物学。分别在MolecularandCellularBiology、ThePlantJournal等杂志上发表SCI论文6篇，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，863项目1项，国家转基因重大专项课题1项。获得发明专利1项，申请国际专利1项。

1979.9-1983.6，华中农业大学毕业，获学士学位；
1998.9-2001.6，河南农业大学毕业，获硕士学位；
2002.9-2005.6，中国农业大学毕业，获博士学位。
1983.7-2002.8，河南科技大学林业职业学院工作，讲师；
2005年7月起在中国农业大学生物学院植物生理学与生物化学国家重点实验室从事植物生理与分子生物学的科研和教学工作，副教授、研究生导师。
