主要开展虫媒病毒与宿主相互作用的研究工作，主持了1项国家自然科学青年基金、1项973计划子任务课题和1项公益性行业（农业）科研专项子任务课题，以及2项中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费专项。在国内外学术期刊上发表研究论文30多篇，其中SCI收录10多篇，参与申报国家发明专利11项，其中5项已获国家发明专利。

1. 整合素β3在日本脑炎病毒进入血管内皮细胞过程中的作用研究，国家自然科学青年基金（**），2014年01月至2016年12月，主持人。
2. PRRSV与PCV2等病原共感染在调控炎症反应及致病性中的作用，国家重点基础研究发展计划（973计划）课题（2014CB542703-2），2014年01月至2018年12月，子任务负责人。
3. 基于微流控PCR芯片技术的农业疫病快速检测技术研究与示范，公益性行业（农业）科研专项（），2013年01月至2017年12月，子任务主持人。
4. 展示日本脑炎病毒B细胞表位和T细胞表位的猪细小病毒颗粒样疫苗的研制，中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费专项资金项目（2012JB08），2012年01月至2013年12月，主持人。
