张晓霞，女，博士，副研究员， 1974年10月生于内蒙古赤峰。中国微生物学会微生物资源委员会委员。目前主要从事细菌分类及植物与微生物互作研究。
　　教育及工作经历
　　1993年-1997年就读于内蒙古师范大学生物系；
　　1997年-2000年于华中农业大学生命科学院攻读硕士，主要研究紫云英根瘤菌与水稻相互作用，筛选出水稻有促生菌；利用基因标记研究其在不同品种水稻根部的定殖动态,并首次从水稻中分离到根瘤菌菌株。
　　2004年-2008年师从首都师范大学宋未研究员，主要从事水稻内生细菌多样性研究，并发现多个新的细菌类群。
　　2000年7月到中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所工作至今，主要从事细菌的收集整理保藏、细菌的鉴定及应用研究。
　　2003.10—2004.2月在德国菌种中心（DSMZ）合作交流；
　　2013.12-2014.12, 美国俄克拉荷马大学做访问****。
　　在研的项目主要有：
　　国家自然科学基金：长期稻-稻-绿肥轮作对水稻根际微生物多样性及功能群落的影响；
　　国家高技术研究发展计划（863计划) 子课题：肥效微生物资源的收集选育与专用菌种库的建立 2013AA102802-03；
　　国家科技支撑计划子课题：农田有机复合污染物的微生物-植物协同修复技术研究 2012AA101403-5；
　　以学术骨干参加了国家微生物平台等多项国家和省部级课题。
　　科研成果：
　　共发表论文四十余篇；申请专利10项，其中第一完成人4项；获中国农业科学院科学技术成果一等奖和中华农业科技奖三等奖 各1项(均为第三完成人)。
