个人信息张军民,博士,研究员,博士生导师。1994年获河南农业大学牧医工程学院畜牧专业学士学位;1997年获河南农业大学牧医工程学院动物生理生化专业硕士学位;2000年获中国农业科学院动物营养与饲料科学博士学位。2000年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作,主要从事饲料和畜产品安全评价、功能畜产品开发相关研究,现任中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所副所长,优质功能畜产品团队首席科学家。兼任全国饲料评审委员会委员、中国农业资源与区划学会理事、中国奶业协会饲料与环境专业委员会委员,兰州大学、青岛农业大学兼职教授。
研究方向和成果主要从事畜产品安全评价和品质提升相关应用和基础性研究。主要研究成果:(1)建立了以危害物检测、迁移转化规律研究、关键点控制为核心的饲料和畜产品安全评价研究技术体系。开发了饲料中主要天然伴生和非法添加危害物"瘦肉精"、镉、棉酚等的检测方法,阐明了其在畜禽体内代谢规律,提出了检测敏感靶标和限量标准。(2)国内率先开创了优质功能畜产品研究平台,创建了畜禽产品中硒、叶酸等微量营养素检测技术,建立了肉、蛋产品中ω-3 PUFA、叶酸、硒、虾青素等功能成分富集技术。为保障我国畜产品安全、促进畜牧业高质量发展提供了有效科技支撑。
