一、个人简介
张昊,男,博士,中国农业科学院植物保护研究所副研究员,2011年在中国农业科学院研究生院获得博士学位,同年进入到中国农科院植保所作物真菌病害流行与防控创新团队从事研究工作。主要研究方向为真菌毒素综合防控,包括产毒真菌(镰刀菌、曲霉菌)群体遗传与演替机制、耕作制度对群体流行规律影响、产毒真菌与毒素快速检测、杀菌剂抗性检测等。通过大范围群体分析,明确了全国范围内产毒镰刀菌与曲霉菌种群组成与分布,揭示了中国禾谷镰刀菌在不同轮作制度下的完整侵染循环,证实了镰刀菌群体存在明显的寄主适应性,明确了不同区域造成毒素污染的优势种与亚群体,并首次发现了我国长江流域不同毒素化学型的亚洲镰刀菌存在扩张与演替趋势,为因地制宜的开展区域差异化真菌毒素防控提供了重要依据。
