组长简介:
周美亮,研究员,中国农业科学院作物科学研究所作物种质资源中心荞麦基因资源创新研究组组长。2009年12月至2013年12月在荷兰莱顿大学生物系植物细胞生理实验室攻读博士学位,2014年1月至2015年10月在荷兰莱顿大学生物系分子与发育遗传学实验室从事博士后研究。2015年6月至2017年7月在中国农业科学院生物技术研究所作物分子育种研究室任创新团队骨干,课题组组长。2017年8月至今在中国农业科学院作物科学研究所工作。
研究方向:
1. 荞麦属植物种质资源搜集、鉴定及创新利用;
2. 荞麦属植物和模式植物(拟南芥等)次生代谢物生物合成的分子调控机理解析;
3. 荞麦关键农艺性状(种子脱壳、落粒性、倒伏等)的分子机理解析。
主要贡献:
1. 发现和命名荞麦属新种6个,重新梳理了荞麦属植物分类及进化关系;
2. 揭示了植物第四亚类R2R3-MYB转录因子调控苯丙氨酸代谢通路的分子机制;
3. 阐述了植物激素茉莉酸(Jasmonates, JA)调控荞麦第四亚类MYB转录因子活性的分子机制;
4. 主编了由Elsevier出版社出版的世界首套荞麦全英文专著2部.
获奖成果和荣誉称号:
作为主要完成人获得2015年度农业部中华农业科技奖优秀创新团队奖和 2017年度广东省科技进步二等奖。
