个人介绍

北京邮电大学教授、博士生导师、下一代互联网技术研究中心主任、Wiley Transactions on Emerging Telecommunications Technologies主编、青年、国家优青、北京市优秀教师、中国电子学会优秀工作者、北京市昌平区政协委员。2009年获得中科院软件所与爱尔兰都柏林城市大学联合培养博士学位，2002-2009年于中科院软件所任助理研究员，2007-2009年在爱尔兰做联合培养和访问研究，2009年至今工作于北京邮电大学。主要从事移动互联网、未来网络、多媒体通信、云计算大数据、网络安全、人工智能等领域的研究工作。主持和参与了二十多个国家科研项目，在IEEE Comm. Surveys & Tutorials、IEEE Comm. Magazine、IEEE Wireless Comm.、 IEEE/ACM Trans. on Networking、IEEE Internet of Things Journal、IEEE Trans. on Mobile Computing、IEEE Trans. on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology、IEEE Trans. on Multimedia、IEEE Trans. on Broadcasting、IEEE Trans. on Vehicular Technology、IEEE Trans. on Services Computing、IEEE Trans. on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence、IEEE Trans. on Signal and Information Processing over Networks、ACM Trans. on Multimedia Computing Comm. and Applications、电子学报、中国科学、中国通信、ACM Multimedia等国内外权威期刊和会议上发表论文160余篇，多篇入选ESI高被引论文。授权专利30余项，研究成果获得高通、华为、中兴、中国电科、中国移动等公司的应用合作。获中国电子学会自然科学二等奖（排名一）、中国产学研合作创新奖（个人）、吴文俊人工智能技术发明二等奖（排名一）。担任ACM Mobimedia 2015 TPC主席、Ad Hoc 2020和HPSR 2019的Publicity联合主席。担任NaNA 2016/'17/'18/'19、ICT 2016、 IWCMC 2016/'17/'18/'19 Track联合TPC主席。担任ACM MobiHoc、IEEE INFOCOM、ACM Multimedia、IEEE ICC、IEEE Globecom等15个国际著名会议的TPC。担任KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems、Internet Technology Letters、IEEE Systems Journal、Journal of Information Science and Engineering等国际学术期刊编辑或特邀编辑，担任IEEE MMTC绿色多媒体通信组联合主席。

承担课题

主持或参与了国家重点研发计划、十三五装备预研、H863计划、国家自然科学基金重点/优秀青年基金/面上项目、北京市自然科学基金、国家242 以及高通、华为、中兴、中国移动、中国电科等企业合作项目。
