基本信息:
王艳东,女,教授,博士生导师。近年在受体信号通路和新药靶向鉴定方面开展了具有国际影响的前沿研究,取得重要成果。鉴定出新的炎症和肝癌负调节子并发现其分子机制。研究成果多次被国际上有影响的期刊和杂志专题报道。目前,开展的研究工作主要针对两个方面:一是核受体和膜受体在肝脏的损伤和再生,炎症和癌症发病的分子机制方面的研究;另一个是植物细胞培养提取药用成分以及蛋白质和天然产物药物的纯化和制备。相关的研究工作涉及上游分子机制和信号通路的确定及相关药物靶向的鉴定,以及下游的药物筛选、纯化和制备。欢迎有志于在生物医学领域做出成绩的研究生报考。
