个人简历
北京航空航天大学微电子学院教师,北京航空航天大学青岛研究院-北航歌尔微电子研究院院长助理。2018年5月于法国巴黎-萨克雷大学完成博士课题《Spin-polarized current-induced domain wall motion in CoFeB nanowires》并通过博士学位论文答辩,获得物理学博士学位;2018年6月于北京航空航天大学通过《多层磁性薄膜中的界面效应及应用》博士学位论文答辩,获得工学博士学位,被评为2018年北京航空航天大学优秀博士毕业生,论文被评为2019年北京航空航天大学优秀博士学位论文。2018年7月入职北京航空航天大学微电子学院。主要研究方向为磁光克尔成像技术、磁性动力学、新型自旋电子器件的设计、磁性传感器的设计开发、微电子测试设备研发等。近3年以第一/通信作者发表SCI Q1区学术论文10余篇,申请国家发明专利2件。带领团队自主研发中国首套商用高分辨率磁光克尔综合测试系统并实现成果转化。
