个人简历
基于北京谱仪与日本B介子工厂实验数据,在奇特强子态寻找与强相互作用研究方面开展系统工作，发现含有至少四夸克成分的带电类粲偶素Zc(3900)；发现新粒子Y(4660)及Y(4008)、X(4350)、Zc(4050)新共振结构存在迹象;精确测量Y(2175),Y(4260),Y(4360)的共振参数;开展超过150多项粲/底偶素衰变模式的首次测量，为奇特强子态的寻找提供了丰富实验信息，促进了量子色动力学理论的发展。Zc(3900)的发现被Nature、PRL等杂志热点报道，为美国物理学会Physics杂志2013年物理领域十一项研究成果热点之首。代表BESII、BESIII和Belle国际合作组，以主要作者/通讯作者发表包括7篇Phys.Rev.Lett.在内的SCI收录论文50多篇，根据高能物理数据库INSPIRE检索，论文被引用超过2200多次。受邀Few Body 2015， Meson 2016, PANIC 2017等国际会议邀请报告40多次。中组部第四批青年****入选者（2013年）。承担自然科学基金面上项目、自然科学基金国际交流合作项目、973子课题等科研项目等。获2014年北京市科学技术奖二等奖(排名第二)。担任BESIII合作组理事委员会主席、Belle合作组粲物理组物理召集人，BelleII合作组理论和实验交互式平台(B2TiP)粲夸克偶素工作组物理召集人，BelleII经济委员会成员,“中国科学院粒子物理前沿卓越创新中心”管理委员会委员，中国科学院特聘客座研究员。教育经历

在过去的十多年里，主要利用北京谱仪（简称BES实验），日本B介子工厂实验（简称Belle实验）所获取的实验数据，在奇特强子态的寻找和研究，以及强相互作用的研究方面开展系统工作。我们知道寻找组成物质的基本粒子并深入理解其相互作用是认识世界本质不可或缺的重要方法。组成物质的基本粒子夸克通过强相互作用构成强子。常规强子包含由三个夸克形成的重子和二个夸克形成的介子。然而，描述强相互作用的理论模型量子色动力学(QCD)允许由更复杂粒子结构形成的奇特强子态的存在，如多于三个夸克的多夸克态、强子与强子束缚形成的分子态、夸克与胶子(强相互作用的媒介粒子)组成的混杂态以及由多个胶子形成的胶球态等。由于缺乏系统的实验信息及明确区分奇特强子态与常规强子的实验判据，几十年来实验上尚无可靠的证据表明已观测到它们的存在。寻找奇特态是目前粒子物理实验和理论研究的重要方向之一。
自2013年入职北航以来，北航于2013年6月加入BESIII合作组，于2013年7月同时加入Belle和BelleII合作组，于2015年9月加入欧洲核子中心CMS合作组。可以说北航目前是国内重要的高能物理实验学校之一。利用这几个高能物理实验数据，目前我们在以下几个方面开展研究工作：

3. 在一些稀有衰变过程中寻找新物理
