清华大学经济管理学院博士后),曾经在武汉大学、中山大学、中国人民大学、日本一桥大学、鹿儿岛大学工作或者合作研究。在攻读博士学位与博士后工作研究期间,接受严谨的社会科学方法训练,长期跟踪海尔等中国家电企业,研究中国企业高速成长动因以及成长中的困惑。深入访谈上百人次,运用第一手资料撰写学术论文。在管理世界等国内重点期刊;日本国民经济,赤门商业评论,大阪产业大学学报等日本主流学术期刊发表学术论文20多篇。出版专著2本,参编2本。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目与教育部人文社科规划项目各一项。在教学方面,主要为MBA工商管理硕士生,普通硕士生,本科生讲授“企业战略管理”。结合自己研究成果,为博士生与硕士生开设“企业管理变革与创新”与“工商管理研究方法论(合开)”等前沿专题与方法论,为MBA开设选修课“全球化经营与组织架构”等课程。
