个人简历
于2005、2011年获得北京航空航天大学学士、博士学位,现为北京航空航天大学副教授。 主要从事以航空航天为背景的非线性系统控制理论与应用方向的研究,近年来在国际上取得对离散双线性系统可控性问题研究的突破,获得了重要研究成果,提出了临近可控性(Near-controllability)和临近可控子空间等概念,包含并推广了经典可控性、可控子空间概念,被相关学者引用发表在控制科学顶级期刊上以较大篇幅进行了介绍。铁林博士关于临近可控性的研究成果以唯一或第一作者身份发表在控制科学期刊《IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control》、《Automatica》、《SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization》、《Systems & Control Letters》以及重要学术会议上,共发表论文50余篇,其中SCI(E)期刊论文25篇,主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助和面上项目等,获得“全国优秀博士学位论文提名论文”和“北京市优秀博士学位论文”等荣誉,并入选中国科协2016-2018年度“青年人才托举工程”。教育经历
