研究领域:
利用多维基因组学数据的整合分析,研究人类重大疾病(肿瘤、老年疾病和遗传疾病等)的个体化诊疗策略,并进一步利用细胞系和模式生物解析增强子等调控元件的作用机制。
1.从进化生物学的角度研究肿瘤内的异质性和肿瘤细胞的进化过程,探索新的癌症治疗模式。
2.利用泛基因组数据,通过多维基因组学数据整合分析,在全基因组水平筛选与癌症发生发展紧密相关的增强子。以此为基础,结合CRISPRi-cas9技术,在多种癌细胞系中筛选与某种表型(增殖、迁移和抗药性等)紧密相关的增强子,进一步解析这些增强子的调控机制。以此为基础,探索新的癌症诊断和治疗策略。
3. 利用家族谱系的外显子组(和全基因组)测序数据,解析罕见遗传疾病的新的致病基因,探索个体化诊疗模式。
