基本情况
北京航空航天大学导航制导与控制专业教授,博士导师。主要学习和工作经历:
(1)1989年9月~1993年7月:在西北工业大学机械设计与制造专业攻读学士学位;
(2)1993年7月~1997年9月:在庆安宇航设备集团公司106所工作期间,作为技术负责人完成了我国某新型战斗机所配套的红外导弹发射装置的研制工作;
(3)1997年9月~1999年9月:在北京航空航天大学机械设计及自动化系攻读硕士学位;
(4)1999年9月~2002年6月:在北京航空航天学精密仪器及机械专业攻读博士学位;
(5)2002年11月~2004年6月:在北京航空航天大学航空宇航科学技术博士后流动站工作;
(6)2004年6月~至今:在北京航空航天大学宇航学院航天导航制导与控制系从事教学与科研工作;

TEACHING ACTIVITIES AND RESEARCH RESULTS
The teaching courses include "Principal of inertial navigation", "GPS positioning and navigation principles and applications" and "Comprehensive Experiment" for undergraduate students. Has achived teaching fruits of a third award and a second award in Beihang university in 2009; has won more times titles of outstanding graduate instructors of BUAA; has won the title of "excellent individua of three foster activities" in Beihang university in 2010 and other honors.
RESEARCH RESULTS
Has presided over more than40 projects including five National Natural Science Foundations, National 863 Projects, Aerospace support Funds, Aviation Funds, Aerospace Innovation Fund and other in cooperation with the aviation, aerospace-related research institutes projects.
Has published more than 160 academic articles, more than 20 papers indexed by SCI, more than 30 papers indexed by EI; has authorized sixteen national invention patents.
In 2008, achieved a third award of Science and Technology of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (No.1);
In 2009, achieved a third award of Army Science and Technology Progress (No.2);

(1)惯性导航、GNSS卫星导航、天文导航、地磁导航、视觉导航、景像匹配导航技术;
(2)组合导航与信息融合技术;

(4)人工智能在导航制导系统中的应用技术;
(5)精确制导技术。
科研成果
已负责完成了包括国家自然科学基金项目5项、国家高新技术863项目多项、武器装备预研基金、中国博士后基金、航天创新基金、航天支撑基金、航空基金、国家重点实验室基金、国防科技重点实验室基金以及与航天(航空)科研院所合作课题等科研项目四十余项。像“光纤陀螺捷联惯导系统的设计与开发”、“捷联惯性/GPS超紧耦合导航系统关键技术研究”、“深空探测器自主导航技术”、“捷联惯性/天文/GPS组合导航系统关键技术研究”、“高动态抗干扰GPS接收机技术研究”、“自主导航系统技术研究”、“智能化动基座快速精确对准方法研究”、“惯性元器件精确建模与在线补偿技术”、“捷联惯导/天文深组合导航技术研究”、“图像辅助导航技术研究”、“某型武器协同制导系统的设计与开发”等项目。
在国内外重要期刊及学术会议发表论文160余篇(其中SCI检索论文二十余篇,EI检索论文三十余篇);获已授权国家发明专利16项;出版著作4部,其中,专著2部、教材1部、译著1部:分别是《捷联惯导动、静基座初始对准》、《SINS/GPS组合导航技术》、《惯性导航基础》、《GPS硬件接收机设计方法》。获得部级二等奖一项、部级三等奖三项。
任职以来,已指导毕业的硕士研究生,多次获得北京航空航天大学优秀硕士学位论文;2010年获得北京航空航天大学“三育人(教书育人、管理育人、服务育人)”先进个人称号;兼任中国航空学会高级委员,中国惯性技术学会委员,中国宇航学会会员。
