基于乳腺癌/前列腺癌的计算机辅助诊断和预测系统；高强度聚焦超声；多功能，多模式和多协议医学图像配准；乳腺超声图像；乳腺癌/前列腺癌动态对比增强核磁共振图像；组织病理图像分析；定量病理图像特征.
基于统计方法的图像处理，包括图像分割，图像增强/去噪，基于像素和区域层次的图像融合； 建立在压缩传感理论上的图像融合；计算机视觉；机器学习.

Computer-aided Diagnosis/Prognosis System for Breast/Prostate Cancer; High Intensity Focused Ultrasound; Multi-functional, Multi-modal, and Multi-protocol Medical Image Registration; Breast Ultrasonography; Breast and Prostate MRI; Histopathology Image Analysis; Quantitative Image-based Signatures.
