薛红，女，教授，博士。现任北京工商大学计算机与信息工程学院自动化系主任，硕士研究生导师，北京市优秀中青年骨干教师。兼任北京人工智能学会理事，中国自动化学会应用专业委员会委员。主讲《线性系统理论》、《自适应控制》、《物流控制工程》、《计算机控制系统》、《智能控制》、《现代物流技术与系统》等研究生和本科生课程，获多项北京工商大学优秀教育教学成果奖。
主要研究方向为商业企业系统智能决策与优化控制，复杂商业系统的建模、集成与仿真，智能控制等。主持承担完成了多项省部级重大科学研究项目和推广应用项目，目前正在主持教育部人文社会科学研究项目、北京市自然科学基金项目。在国内外学术会议和期刊上发表论文60余篇，EI、ISTP收录多篇，出版专著2部、省部级规划教材1部。获北京市科学技术进步奖、河南省煤炭工业科学技术进步奖、平顶山市科学技术进步奖、中国物流与采购联合会科学技术进步奖、中国物流发展专项基金奖、大连市“科学著作奖”、中国分析测试协会科学技术奖、中国仪器仪表学会科技成果奖、中国电子学会电子信息科学技术奖等。

Xue Hong was born in Henan in 1961, China. She received the B.E. degree in industrial electrical and automation from Henan Polytechnic University, Henan, China, in 1981, the Master degree in industrial automation from University of Science & Technology Beijing, Beijing, China, in 1992, and the Ph.D. degree in management science and engineering from Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2011.
From 1982 to 1985 she was with Coal Science and Technology Research Institute of Henan Province. From 1985 to 1989 she was with School Of Computer and Communication Engineering, Zhengzhou University of Light Industry. Since 1992 she has been with College of Computer and Information Engineering, Beijing Technology and Business University as a Professor and a Graduate Student Mentor. Her research interests include management system engineering, decision theory and method of complex system, logistics and supply chain management, intelligent control.
She is the ministry of science and technology project evaluation expert and the national science and technology prize evaluation expert. She is the Director of the Beijing institute of artificial intelligence. She is the committee member of application professional committee of Chinese automation society. She is the Fellow of China logistics association. In 1996 she won the title of excellent young and middle-aged backbone teachers of Beijing.
She presided over and undertakes 38 national 、provincial and enterprise cooperation projects. She won the Beijing science and technology prize, the Progress prize in science and technology of the China federation of logistics and purchasing, China's logistics development special fund prize, Electronic information science and technology prize of the Chinese electronic society, the science and technology prize of China association of analysis test, science and technology achievement prize of Instrument society of China, Dalian Science book award and the Progress prize in science and technology of the Henan coal industry. She has published about 60 papers in the important academic conferences and journals at home and abroad. She has published 6 monographs.In 2013 she won the Beijing higher education and teaching achievement prize.
