袁琳，女，汉族，出生于1959年1月，四川成都人，1983年毕业留校任教（原北京商学院）。1979～1983年在北京商学院会计系主修财务会计专业，获经济学学士，1985～1987年在中央财金大学金融学院主修财政与金融专业，1993～1995年在财政部财政科学研究所主修西方财务会计，获经济学硕士。2004年12月被评为教授，现任北京工商大学商学院财务系教授，硕士生导师。主要讲授企业财务学、财务诊断与决策分析、集团财务管理（研究生）课程。侧重研究企业集团资金控制与集团风险管理；近年来出版专著5部、在核心期刊发表论文50余篇。主持及参加教育部、国家社科基金、北京市等重大课题近20余项。兼职财政部财政科学研究所教授，曾担任浪潮等集团资金管理顾问；2002至今担任多家上市公司独立董事。

LinYuan,female,ofHanNationality,wasborninSiChuanprovinceofPeople’sRepublicofChinainJanuary1959.SheremainedattheschoolteachingfinanceaftergraduatingfromtheBusinessSchoolofBeijingTechnologyandBusinessUniversity(BTBU)in1983.From1979~1983,ShemajoredinAccounting&FinanceinAccountingDepartmentofBTBUandgraduatedwithadegreeinEconomics;from1985~1987,shestudiedFiscalPolicy&FinanceintheInstituteofFinanceoftheCentralFinancialUniversity;from1993~1995,ShemajoredinWesternAccounting&FinanceintheFiscalScienceResearchInstituteofMinistryofFinanceandgraduatedwithamasterdegreeinFiscalPolicy&Finance.In2004,shebecameaprofessorofFinanceteachingAccounting&FinanceinbothundergraduateandgraduateschoolsofBTBUspecializinginthesubjectsofCorporateFinance,FinancialDiagnosisandDecisionAnalysis,EnterpriseFinancialManagementwithafocusonCorporateFund&RiskManagement.DuringhertenureinBTBU,Shehaspublished5majorbooksandover50articlesinCorporateFinancialManagementinsomeofthemostprestigiousjournalsinthecountry.Shehasledorparticipatedinover20majorprojectssponsoredbytheMinistryofEducation,theNationalSocialScienceFundandthecityGovernmentofBeijing.SheisanadjunctprofessorintheMinistryofFinanceFiscalScienceResearchInstitute;wasafundmanagementconsultantforLangchaoGroupCo.,Ltd.andhasbeenanindependentdirectoroftheboardoftrusteesforanumberoflistedcompaniessince2002.
