莫倩，男，1972年生，湖南东安人，博士学位，副教授，曾任北京工商大学网络中心副主任，现任北京工商大学研究生部副主任。中国计算机学会高级会员。主要研究领域为垂直搜索引擎与互联网信息挖掘。曾获评北京市优秀青年骨干教师、北京市优秀人才和北京市科技新星。曾获省部级科研成果二等奖两项，2011年获北京市科学技术三等奖一项。著有译著2部，获软件著作权4项，在国内外学术刊物和会议发表论文30篇，其中SSCI/EI收录12篇。先后主持或作为骨干参加完成了国防预研重点课题、国家863计划、国家自然科学基金、北京市科技新星计划等科研课题，2012年主持一项科技部“十二五”科技支撑计划项目子课题。与香港城市大学进行了多年跨学科合作研究，论文成果受邀做国际会议主题演讲并发表于社科类国际期刊。
